Westfield Yoga - Summer Series
Yoga is one of the best ways to cultivate a connection between your mind and body. It tones muscles, increases flexibility, calms the mind and can improve overall health. Join us on Saturday, November 6 for a community Vinyasa class at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza. This unique sequence teaches yoga breathing and takes you through a step-by-step full range of yoga poses that strengthen, stretch and revitalize the body and mind. Classes taught by Universal Balance instructors encourage all levels to join from beginners or those just curious to advanced yogis. We look forward to seeing you there.

A journey into yoga and meditation
For the very first time - Join studio owners Chad and Anita on a two and a half hour journey through yoga and meditation!
In this time together, we will explore a invigorating hatha/vinyasa flow to get the heart pumping and fresh new blood flowing through the body, we will then start to take it down a notch and treat the body to a series of nice, deep stretches, by introducing yin yoga, followed by a couple of perfectly thought out restorative poses to help you to feel nurtured and connected while being guided through a visualisation meditation to end the afternoon.
Chad and Anita are passionate about making their clients feel loved and supported throughout their classes and one thing you can guarantee - with the two of them co running this event, is that you will feel completely and utterly blissed out! Spacers are limited, don’t miss out.

Modbury Hawks 8 Week Strength and Conditioning Program
Join Shane Barker from Universal Balance for this 8 week strength and conditioning program designed for the U15 Modbury Hawks team.
Shane has worked closely with the team providing fitness training and recovery for the players and is looking to further their development by providing football specific training.
This is the age that their bodies start to change and a really crucial time for them to start focusing on building strength and developing confidence from within.
This program is designed to increase the skills required in a football game and work on the team collectively to build their team morale and improve your child's strength, speed, agility, endurance and explosiveness.
When?:
Tuesdays and Fridays for an 8 week period starting on Tuesday the 14 September through to Friday the 5th of November.
Tuesday sessions will be held 4:30-5:30pm
Friday sessions will be held 4pm-5pm
What?
8 week Strength and Conditioning course for Modbury Hawk U15 team.
2 X 1 HOUR SESSIONS/WEEK.
