UB SAFE self defence
UB SAFE Schools Self Defence Programs provide the opportunity for children and teens to learn a range of simple yet practical every day skills that improve the ability to effectively resist unsafe, threatening or assaultive behaviour, such as harassment, bullying, physical and sexual abuse.
The sessions cover content that is specific to the dangers of the age of the group, we tailor our programs to suit your students and what they may be currently facing and to prepare them with real life solutions to real life situations that they may face.
We strongly feel that learning to control and still your mind is a very important part of the program and we always finish each session with a 5 minute mindful meditation to help the children imbed what they have learnt within the session and learn these important life skills.
