For the very first time - Join studio owners Chad and Anita on a two and a half hour journey through yoga and meditation!
In this time together, we will explore a invigorating hatha/vinyasa flow to get the heart pumping and fresh new blood flowing through the body, we will then start to take it down a notch and treat the body to a series of nice, deep stretches, by introducing yin yoga, followed by a couple of perfectly thought out restorative poses to help you to feel nurtured and connected while being guided through a visualisation meditation to end the afternoon.
