Join Shane Barker from Universal Balance for this 8 week strength and conditioning program designed for the U15 Modbury Hawks team.
Shane has worked closely with the team providing fitness training and recovery for the players and is looking to further their development by providing football specific training.
This is the age that their bodies start to change and a really crucial time for them to start focusing on building strength and developing confidence from within.
This program is designed to increase the skills required in a football game and work on the team collectively to build their team morale and improve your child's strength, speed, agility, endurance and explosiveness.
When?:
Tuesdays and Fridays for an 8 week period starting on Tuesday the 14 September through to Friday the 5th of November.
Tuesday sessions will be held 4:30-5:30pm
Friday sessions will be held 4pm-5pm
