Be a part of our teen dodgeball comp, pizza and movie night at UB!

This will be a great evening for all our UB teen community to reconnect in the school holidays and to introduce some new friends to the gang!

We will set up comfy spots in front of our big screen projector, supply pizza and a movie sesh and just let the teens chill and have fun, leaving no mess for you to clean!

For the teens - Feel free to wear oodies, pjs or trackies, bring bean bags or pillows and your favorite movie snacks! We will release movie options closer to the date and it will go to vote!

Once they have had all the fun they can handle on field, they will be provided with pizza for lunch while watching a movie on our large projector screen!

Your child will be spending the first 45 minutes playing a series of high-energy games and activities, once they are nice and tired, they will sit together on picnic rugs and share some pizza whilst watching a movie on the big screen projector!

Give yourself some time to yourself through the school holidays and know that your little one is having the time of their life!

Are your teens wanting to start working out and lifting weights from home?

Then this is the workshop for them!

This 2 and a half-hour workshop is designed for teens that have a keen interest in fitness, building strength, muscle and increasing their cardio. It will also be great for anyone who is interested in a career in sport, health or fitness.

Together we will go through the best way to structure a workout to suit their goals, focusing on what exercises to group together and at what weight and rep range is ideal for them. We will also discuss when to do cardio and go through what stretches to do in cool down.

Nutrition will also be briefly covered so they know how to fuel their body pre and post-workout!

They will get to structure their own workout before giving it a try under the watchful and knowledgeable eyes of our head trainers Chad Dawson and Shane Barker.

This is a great way for them to learn proper techniques and make some real like-minded friends in the community!
