Are your teens wanting to start working out and lifting weights from home?
Then this is the workshop for them!
This 2 and a half-hour workshop is designed for teens that have a keen interest in fitness, building strength, muscle and increasing their cardio. It will also be great for anyone who is interested in a career in sport, health or fitness.
Together we will go through the best way to structure a workout to suit their goals, focusing on what exercises to group together and at what weight and rep range is ideal for them. We will also discuss when to do cardio and go through what stretches to do in cool down.
Nutrition will also be briefly covered so they know how to fuel their body pre and post-workout!
They will get to structure their own workout before giving it a try under the watchful and knowledgeable eyes of our head trainers Chad Dawson and Shane Barker.
This is a great way for them to learn proper techniques and make some real like-minded friends in the community!
